SUMMARY: The primary objective of this position is to provide daily operations pertaining to the hourly workforce at the manufacturing plant. Essential duties are maintaining timekeeping for hourly payroll, benefits issues, employee file maintenance and Talent Center database management. This role acts in the HR capacity at all times and will fill in for questions and support in the absence of the Sr. Manufacturing HR Lead. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Payroll - Payroll Coordinator duties with oversight and administration of Kronos up to and including training and certifying new department payroll admins. - Responsible for maintenance of time clocks at the Roofing plant. - Respond to payroll issues from hourly paid employees. - Coordinate or assist employees with all payroll changes (tax Changes, direct deposit, garnishments, deductions…etc) - Be sole point of contact for Payroll Shared Services and problem ticket entry and resolution. - Research for annual labor market survey.
