Summary: The Fab Support Engineer Lead supervises shift technicians responsible for maintaining and repairing Fab Support systems—including vacuum pumps, abatement units, chillers, heat exchangers, and liquid delivery equipment—to ensure reliable manufacturing operations. This role leads safety, quality, and equipment performance initiatives, coordinates preventative maintenance, drives continuous improvement, and partners with engineering, facilities, and operations teams to support tool uptime and operational stability across Fab 6. Responsibilities: Lead shift technicians in safely performing maintenance and recovery activities on Fab Support equipment, ensuring compliance with all EHS requirements, JHAs, and site procedures.
