Job Description: Role Overview: The Lead Sourcing Commodity Specialist is a key member of our Supply Chain and Sourcing organization, responsible for developing and executing commodity strategies that ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) across a global supply base. In this role, you will own strategic supplier relationships, lead sourcing events and commercial negotiations, and drive cost productivity, risk reduction, and supplier performance improvement. You will: - Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
