Team mission: As the Senior UX Manager for Transactions and On-Trip, you will lead a small team of product designers, content designers, and researchers. You will be responsible for the customer experience across our payments, checkout, and post-booking service journeys, with a focus on reliability, flexibility, and support at scale.
