The Vice President (VP), Housing & Real Estate plays a critical leadership role in advancing Thresholds’ mission to provide Home, Health, and Hope . This executive leads all housing and real estate strategy and operations, ensuring expanded access to high-quality affordable housing while maintaining strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability. The VP oversees Thresholds’ owned, operated, and supported housing portfolio and serves as a key organizational leader in affordable housing development, asset management, and community partnerships.
