FTE: 1.0, Shift: Varied, Schedule: Variable Position Summary: The Security Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Security Officers and the daily security operations and functions for an assigned facility(s) to assure the security program operates in compliance with MHS policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations. The Supervisor monitors expenses to budget; resolves customer service concerns; produces reports; investigates and resolves problems; may cover open shifts, as needed and actively engages with employees to build reliance in the Security Department and awareness of staff safety within MultiCare.
