This role focuses on managing escalated cases, improving collection efficiency, and supporting doubtful debt provisioning. Through strong leadership and stakeholder management, the position drives operational excellence, improved cash flow, and customer satisfaction. This role will be performed in a transition environment; experience in transition or migration projects is considered a strong asset.
