Job DetailsJob Location: Whitehall, OH 43213Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $21.58 - $26.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: 60 - 70%The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Bridges Liaison to join our Shared Services department. The Bridges Liaison will work with young adults ages 18-21 who have emancipated from a county agency. To be successful in this role, the Bridges Liaison is skilled in areas such as home maintenance, budgeting, relationship/communication skills, anger management, obtaining community services, job and apartment seeking, navigating the different systems in Ohio, educational options, etc. In addition, the Bridges Liaison visits young adults at least monthly in the young adults living arrangement. The Liaison will meet with the young adult while still in custody to formulate a viable plan for when the young adult leaves the child welfare system. In their work the Liaison will place a strong emphasis on engaging transition age youth and permanency planning.
