About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Chief Building Engineer to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations of a luxury residential high-rise community. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that all building systems, infrastructure, and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Chief Building Engineer plays a critical leadership role in preserving the integrity of the property, managing preventative maintenance programs, supervising the engineering team, and coordinating vendors and inspections.
