Job description

The Contracts Analyst provides analytical and operational support related to contract development, compliance, and risk management. This role helps streamline workflows and maintain the accuracy and timeliness of critical contract-related activities. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience. What You'll Be Doing: Processes, prepares, reviews, and tracks certificate of insurance and bond requests and renewals missing documentation, and resolve issues. - Prepares, processes, reviews, and signs select purchase orders and change orders in accordance with company policies and contractual obligations. - Prepare and submit lien waivers, payment applications, specialized billing forms, and sworn statements by investigating and confirming accuracy of accounts receivables against internal and customer-prepared documentation - Processes and tracks various state and local government authority business licenses required to perform work in the jurisdictions in which Badger operates.
