Description The Department of Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa invites applications for a 12-month 5-year renewable term (non-tenure track) Instructor (MA) or Lecturer (Ph.D.) in the Masters of Science-Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program. The Department of Human Relations is an interdisciplinary program that utilizes theory and research in working with individuals, organizations, and communities to promote well-being and social change. Core areas of the program include organizational studies, counseling and human services, social change, and multicultural studies. Additional duties may include student advising. Start date is negotiable, but no later than August 9, 2025. The teaching load is 4:4:2 or equivalent (current equivalency is a 3:3:2). OU-Tulsa is a nationally-recognized center for higher education offering a wide range of 30+ undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctorate level degrees, as well as graduate certificates.
