The RN Nurse Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing in administering, directing and coordinating all activities of nursing services to ensure meeting the nursing needs of the residents. Responsibilities include: Make daily rounds to all nursing units, ensuring that all staff are present, supplies are stocked and readily available and the unit is running smoothly.
