We are recruiting an IT Support Analyst as part of a second line team to provide exceptional desk-side customer service to users in our Belfast office and remote customer service to other offices as required. This role will be office based, from our Belfast office with the role being a 5 day a week on site position , Monday to Friday typically 9am- 5pm however flexibility will be required as per the needs of the role.
