We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to supervise our Syracuse team and grow into a clinical leadership role. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who excels in clinical oversight, compliance, team development, and quality improvement. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance - Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care - Bachelor’s in Nursing (NLN-accredited) or a 4-year degree (preferred) - Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice - 2+ years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a related field (preferred) - Supervisory experience within the last 3 years Ideal Candidate: Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually This range represents NurseCore’s good faith estimate of compensation in compliance with New York pay transparency laws.
