Position Summary: The Pediatric Intake Specialist plays a critical role in supporting children and families as they begin home care services. This position is responsible for receiving and evaluating referrals, educating families on available pediatric services, coordinating admissions, and maintaining clear communication with referral sources and internal clinical teams. The Intake Specialist helps ensure eligibility, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience throughout the intake process.
