ING Wholesale Bank- Capital Markets & Advisory’s the Debt Capital Markets (‘DCM’) department is looking to hire an analyst with a strong ambition to work in the DCM Capital Solutions team as a homebase. You will become part of ING’s Early Career Group (“ECG”), a best-in-class program providing junior talent the opportunity to learn more about core and client facing areas across ING’s Capital Markets and Advisory (“CMA”). Your Home Base “Debt Capital Markets /Capital Solutions” You will start in your home base department (the Capital Solutions Debt Capital Markets (“DCM”) team) in Amsterdam for at least 12 months. Thereafter, you will continue rotating for a duration of 6-12 months in the ECG program. Within DCM, the Capital Solutions team acts as an advisory boutique and is geared towards offering innovative solutions to Financial Institutions (banks, insurance companies, non-bank financial institutions) and Corporates by the structuring and issuance of fixed income instruments, providing rating advise, capital structuring, liability management and sustainability solutions.
