Senior Product Designer

About the role You'll design the experiences that help millions of people discover, try, and fall in love with Gamma. As the designer for our Growth team, you'll own design across onboarding flows, referral programs, and conversion optimization throughout our funnel. You'll ship experiments quickly, measure what works, and iterate based on data and user feedback. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and impact. You'll balance craft with velocity, testing bold ideas while maintaining the quality bar that makes Gamma feel magical. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and the broader design team to define our growth design strategy.
