We are looking for an Operations Lead that will drive the operational excellence behind therapist education and success, building and maintaining the programs, workflows, and support structures that enable our therapists to grow continuously and deliver high-quality care at scale. What You'll Do: Identify and assess therapists' education and clinical support needs, translating insights into concrete initiatives that drive meaningful impact on therapist outcomes andexperience. Monitor daily operational performance through dedicated dashboards, defining and maintaining thresholds, managing issues as they arise and leading root-cause analyses to implement lasting preventive improvements.
