Classification Title: OPS Micro-credentialing Facilitator Job Description: The Department of Psychiatry is looking for OPS Micro-credentialing Facilitators to assist in the Center for Neuroglial Development. The Micro-credentialing Facilitator is responsible for assessing participant performance, providing high-quality, actionable feedback, and ensuring consistent application of program standards across all competency domains. Facilitators evaluate learner mastery by using established rubrics, observation tools, and artifact review procedures, and support participants’ professional growth in working effectively and ethically with students with autism. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and score participant work using established rubrics across all competency domains (e.g., ASD Support, Instruction, Strategic Behavior Support, Communication/Collaboration, Documentation, Safety & Crisis Response). - Review participant artifacts for accuracy, completeness, fidelity of implementation, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards. - Conduct observations to assess fidelity of instructional and behavior support practices, accuracy of data collection, professional conduct, and approp...
