Job description

Solution Architecture & Delivery Lead the design of Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions within assigned client engagements Translate business requirements into clear, fit ‑ for ‑ purpose technical solutions Define integration patterns, data flows, and non ‑ functional requirements in line with established standards Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle Review and assure solution designs to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with best practices Act as an escalation point for complex technical and architectural issues within delivery engagements Client Engagement: Work collaboratively with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technology landscapes Facilitate architecture and solution design workshops Provide trusted advisory support on platform capabilities, design trade ‑ offs , and future roadmap considerations Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders Business Development & Growth: Support pre ‑ sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development Contribute to RFPs, SOWs, and change requests Identify opportunities to extend or enhance client eng...
