This role is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to design and execute Inspira’s efforts to simplify and optimize customer experiences. The purpose of this role is to equip client-facing teams with the tools, resources, training, and insights they need to build strong client relationships, drive engagement, and optimize the way we work. This role bridges the gap between client needs and internal capabilities, focusing on delivering solutions that drive value, growth, and retention. The ideal candidate will be strategic and innovative, with a disciplined approach to problem-solving and a strong intellectual curiosity. This role will ensure a structured, data driven approach towards process improvements, technology enablement activities and account management excellence.
