About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Market Risk Specialist for the Enterprise Counterparty Risk Management (ECRM) organization within Market and Counterparty Risk Management (MCRM), which is responsible for ensuring an appropriate Risk Management framework exists for products offered by the primary trading and lending desks, with particular emphasis on Counterparty Credit Risk. The Counterparty Risk Portfolio Monitoring team within the ECRM organization is responsible for monitoring and performing daily variances, trends, market updates, stress testing, and ad-hoc portfolio concentration analysis across all counterparty metrics. In addition, the team conducts robust portfolio surveillance, analyzes counterparty impacts from market driven events, and provides timely analysis to executive management and regulators. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with counterparty risk knowledge, strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working across cross‑functional teams.
