As our portfolio continues to grow nationally, we're seeking an experienced National Property Manager to lead the next evolution of our property management function. This is not a traditional property management role. Recently elevated as part of a broader organisational transformation, this position sits at the strategic heart of our property operations. You'll own national rental strategy, property governance, tribunal representation, compliance oversight, and lead a team supporting communities across multiple states. What You'll Do: - Lead the national rental strategy across a diverse portfolio of seniors and all-age communities - Provide strategic advice on tenancy legislation, compliance, governance and risk - Represent Eureka in tribunal matters across QCAT, VCAT, NCAT and equivalent jurisdictions - Deliver executive and Board-level reporting on occupancy, rental performance and portfolio trends - Lead and develop a high-performing national property management team - Act as the key escalation point for complex tenancy, compliance an...
