Create detailed cruise itineraries, including excursions, dining options, and onboard activities, to meet the unique needs of each client. Assist clients with booking accommodations, transportation, and any additional travel arrangements related to their cruise. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Stay organized by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and client communication..
