Job Description Position Summary: A server at High West delivers a welcoming, fun, and distinctive guest experience to every patron in our Saloon. Responsibilities: - Always maintain an uncompromised professionalism and composure and all situations. - Shares a passion for product and provides epic guest experiences with effortless suggestions and honest salesmanship. - Converts guests into “High West Whiskey Ambassador’s” through detailed knowledge of HW whiskeys, cocktails, food and their availability. - Educates guests in an honest way about the history of our home, our whiskey, and our food. - Ensures guest expectations are met by executing proper sequence of service, moving with purpose, confidence, and speed. - Maintains the details of table and restaurant cleanliness in all areas of the building, throughout all hours. - Completes set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner. - Works closely with Lead Server to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly, correctly, and efficiently during the shift. - Values the importance of internal hospitality and the necessary team environment this promotes.
