Description Employment Services Professional Full Time: Location: Norwich, NY - Chenango County Pay - $20.00 - 21.25 per hour An Employment Services Professional (ESP) is responsible for providing employment services for individuals with varying disabilities in community-based employment. Employment services are delivered in accordance with person-centered planning approaches and adherence with Medicaid, HCBS Waiver, ACCESS-VR, and other funding regulations/requirements. The Employment Services Professional's specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Provide employment services and supports designed to assist an individual to find and maintain a job in the community; soft skills training, assistance with application - processes/interviewing, travel training, on-site job support and coaching, etc. - Develop, implement and monitor individual employment action plans and collaborate with supervisor related to the same - Deliver employment supports utilizing strength-based, person-centered approaches - Provide ongoing employment services and supports to the individual and employer to include on-site job support and coaching, re-training, advocacy, career ad...
