Job description

We are seeking a Managing Director to lead J.P. Morgan’s Digital Infrastructure Finance efforts in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and execution of digital infrastructure finance transactions, including fiber networks, wireless towers, cloud infrastructure, and related assets, and will collaborate with the Commercial Real Estate team in construction financing for data centers. The Managing Director will report to the global co-head of IFA and will play a key leadership role in shaping the firm’s strategy and client engagement in the digital infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of digital infrastructure finance transactions across North America, including project finance, M&A, capital markets, and advisory mandates. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand J.P.
