Overview: Quinnipiac University's Department of Athletics seeks applications for an Assistant Coach, Women's Ice Hockey to join one of the nation's most competitive Division 1 programs. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of elite student-athletes—on the ice, in the classroom, and as leaders. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent while contributing to a high-performance culture built on excellence, accountability, and continuous growth. You’ll work closely with the coaching staff to design and lead practices, support game preparation, and deliver impactful individual and team development sessions. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge of the game, a strong ability to teach and develop athletes, and a relentless commitment to growth—both personally and for the program.
