Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors ​ ​ EHS Specialist: What You’ll Be Doing: - Provide day-to-day EHS support to the plant and EHS Manager, ensuring compliance and safe operations - Deliver guidance and direction on EHS programs at the employee and supervisor level - Promote and sustain a strong safety culture across the facility - Support and maintain environmental and safety compliance programs - Complete and manage regulatory reporting and documentation (local, state, federal) - Maintain accurate recordkeeping and audit-ready documentation systems - Identify and implement improvements in plant safety systems and processes - Lead or support safety improvement initiatives, both independently and within teams - Maintain and update internal EHS tracking systems and metrics - Participate in and support safety committees and engagement initiatives - Assist with incident investigations and recommend corrective actions - Suppor...
