Job Overview We are seeking a licensed, highly motivated, and self-driven individual to join our team as a Medicare Insurance Specialist. This professional will offer a full portfolio of Medicare insurance products, including Medicare Supplement plans, Medicare Advantage plans, and Part D Prescription Drug Plans. In addition to selling these products, the individual will provide ongoing service to clients as their insurance needs evolve. A key responsibility of this role is to educate Citadel colleagues across divisions on how to identify Medicare-related opportunities for both new members and existing clients. The individual will also conduct educational seminars and webinars held within our branch locations. All leads provided are warm leads, and there is no requirement to travel to clients’ homes. Client meetings will be conducted in our branch offices, and new opportunities will be generated directly from those locations. This is a full-time position offering a base salary along with a competitive commission structure.
