Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the job responsibilities of the Originating External Sales Manager position include, but are not limited, to the following: Attend new referral source meetings. Maintain personal production goals. Develop and maintain Realtor relationships. Recruit Loan Originators at the discretion of the Branch Manager. Supervise and coach Loan Originators to ensure they are maintaining their production goals. Train the Loan Originators relative to proper sales techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
