Senior District Sales Manager – Enterprise JOB PURPOSE: With full scope to sell across ADP's Payroll and HR solutions, this role also provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organisations. You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual account base strategy, focusing on Global Strategic Enterprise level Accounts based in Germany. This will involve being able to collaborate and orchestrate a leading team of expertise and resource to identify and address client needs in an evolving landscape of people management. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: - Attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts. - Develop an annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for the attainment of assigned revenue and product goals. - Compile "Account Plan" documents for prospective clients, describing existing products and services used, potential product sales and related selling strategy to create a robust pipeline. - Maintain a current prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts. - Develop prospec...
