Senior Risk Associate As a Senior Risk Associate for Capital One’s Operational Risk Analytics, Innovation, and Reporting team, you will apply your strong communication skills, analytical expertise, and business knowledge to our highest profile programs and processes across Risk Management. You will collaborate with a team of risk leaders, analysts, technology, and data partners in support of our risk reporting, risk appetite assessment, and metric governance execution. The Operational Risk Analytics, Innovation, and Reporting team plays a key role in analyzing and reporting Capital One’s operational risk performance to Senior Executives and the Board. The team is responsible for delivering structured reporting to Risk Executives, as well as developing data-driven insights to inform strategic risk management decisions and practices. The Senior Risk Associate will also support other key risk reporting activities (e.g. risk identification and aggregation, metric governance and curation, and risk appetite) to enhance the clarity and effectiveness of the Company’s operational risk profile.
