Come join our growing team in Laredo, TX! Due to expansion, we are currently seeking Receiving Supervisors. In our refrigerated facility that operates 24/7, you will plan and organize the daily transferring of our greenhouse grown tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and other materials delivered to the distribution center. This role reports to the Manager, Receiving. Primary Responsibilities: - Receive all inbound loads accurately to achieve schedule attainment; escalate any product availability issues to managers or commodity planners that may cause a missed transfer departure. - Ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met. - Communicate with the Commodity Inventory Control (CIC) Team on product needed for transfers. - Communicate with commodity management on inbound quality issues. - Supervise and oversee the work of employees on your shift. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills that will motivate and encourage teamwork. - Actively train staff and monitor their performance and progress. - Utilize our WMS System, NAV to load, count and verify NAV tags to verify the quality of transfers to MPL6. - Communicate with absolute accuracy, all information required to create valid and...
