Job Description Electrical Supervisor - Quincy, IL This is an exempt level position. Position Summary: This position oversees a team of electricians and contract electrical personnel to ensure the facility maintains a safe, reliable, and efficient electrical system. Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, this role collaborates closely with department superintendents and supervisors to plan, coordinate, and execute electrical work that supports operational goals. The role plays a key part in driving electrical reliability initiatives, proactively minimizing maintenance costs and preventing unplanned equipment downtime. In addition to technical oversight, this position provides strong leadership to the electrical team – actively managing performance, developing employee skills, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through consistent, fair, and constructive feedback.
