Who we’re looking for: The Large Format Digital Color Production staff is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of large format digital printers and finishing equipment to produce high-quality color graphics. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience in digital printing and finishing processes. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining top-tier output quality and meeting strict deadlines. This is a hands-on role that covers a mix of large format, small format, and finishing work. The right candidate will be flexible and willing to jump in where needed — from running printers to prepping files, trimming graphics, or helping with installation prep.
