Job Description: Global Technology Manager SPS: The Global Technology Manager is responsible for product and concept development within projects in the area of ​​expertise and the more fundamental research work that goes with it for 2 development teams and Digitalisation & Standardisation within 2 European sites. Responsible for achieving own R&D group objectives and thus contributing to the R&D project and organisational objectives. Focuses on technological product development that is used for specific projects. Maintains contact with various internal and external stakeholders. Leads interdisciplinary research teams (internal and external) of approximately 5 employees directly and approximately 15 indirectly. Reports to the Chief Technology Officer. Policy: Makes proposals and advises on the R&D and SPS Digitalisation & Standardisation policy that fits within the strategy of the matrix organisation, implements the policy and directs the business processes and the discipline process for the Venlo and Fredericia sites.
