We are looking for an INDUSTRIALIZATION TECHNICIAN involved in the following activities: - Develops and updates industrial documentation (ex. assembly work instructions); - Defines tooling, jigs, and test equipment required for production; - Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan; - Method time and VA/NVA analyses to optimize production processes; - Supports Sourcing and SQD in supplier qualification and quality follow‑up; - Deploys industrial methods and tools to subcontractors and manages company assets provided; - Trains workers during design and industrialization phases; - Ensures ongoing training and qualification of workers on updated processe...
