Salary: $56,613.00 to $61,916.00 (Depending on Experience) Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for full-time employees with a 2-year commitment. We are looking for Paramedics who are passionate about delivering high-quality service and providing both basic and advanced patient care in a professional, caring, and cost-effective manner. As a Paramedic, you will assess and provide patient care, evaluate each call to determine the best course of action, and follow appropriate protocols. Minimum Education and Qualifications: · High school diploma or GED required. · State-issued or Nationally Registered EMT-Paramedic certification. · Current ACLS certification. · Current CPR certification. · Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record according to Rural/Metro policy. A DUI within the last five years is disqualifying. · Ability to work any assigned shift, including nights, holidays, and weekends. · Availability for overtime as needed, especially on an emergency basis. · Must meet local standards for hiring, training, and/or eligibility for promotion.
