About the role: We're looking for a Project Engineer – Thermal Management, Utility Scale Energy Storage on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) The Utility Scale Energy Storage team is looking for a Project Engineer specializing in Thermal Management for Lithium-Ion Battery Systems. You will support BESS projects from design through commissioning, collaborating across the organization to provide the best energy storage solutions. You will report to the onsite manager. You will define scope, provide engineering oversight, and serve as a technical resource for teams — with a customer-service mindset for both internal and external stakeholders. You are a who can identify lessons learned, implement process improvements, and develop tools and standards that maximize BESS performance.
