We are looking for a Workday Expert - Integration & Security (m/f/d) Ref. No: JR1013631: As a Workday Expert specializing in integration and security, you will be responsible for strengthening our Workday environment, ensuring secure data flow, and supporting ongoing optimization of the platform. What You'll Do: You are responsible for security and integration in Workday – including the design, implementation, and ongoing development of authorization concepts, roles, and interfaces to other systems You will analyze and validate HR requirements, develop suitable solutions and implement them in Workday You will advise and train our international colleagues and support them with helpful documents, training and key user support You create reports, perform mass uploads You will identify potential for improvement in processes – for example, in system updates or through feedback from stakeholders – and proactively make suggestions for optimization You will have an active role in maintaining the organizational structure and assigning authorization roles to our users You will ensure high data quality – for example, through regular exchange with local HR teams What You Bring: A degree with a...
