Meaningful Work From Day One: The Associate Operations Analyst for FICO is responsible for the ongoing stability, support, and optimization of the global Finance and Controlling application landscape. Reporting within the Application Operations pillar, this role serves as a primary analyst for resolving functional incidents and fulfilling service requests. The Associate Operations Analyst ensures the high availability of core financial modules, including Product Costing, Treasury, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), while maintaining a high level of customer service. By adhering to Brown-Forman Information Technology service management standards, this role ensures that production systems remain healthy, users are well-supported, and continuous improvements are deployed with minimal risk.
