Senior Trust & Safety Policy Manager

Job description

The Role As Linktree’s Senior Manager, Trust & Safety, you will own the development, evolution, and governance of our content and behavior policies, ensuring they are clear, enforceable, and aligned with both platform values and global regulatory expectations. This role is responsible for defining what is allowed on Linktree and how those rules are interpreted and applied in practice. You will lead policy authoring, manage complex edge cases, and establish enforcement guidance that drive consistency and fairness across the platform. You’ll work closely with Trust & Safety Operations, Legal, Product, and Communications to ensure policies are effectively implemented, well understood internally, and transparently communicated externally. You will also play a key role in evolving our policies in response to emerging risks, enforcement insights, and industry developments.
