Maintenance Manager

Job description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance, planning and storeroom operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility and equipment on a 24/7 basis. This role provides strategic direction, hands‑on leadership, and on‑call support to minimize downtime, ensure regulatory compliance, and always support uninterrupted business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Industrial maintenance degree, Electrical Certification and/or equivalent experience 10+ years’ manufacturing plant experience Experience as a multi-craft technician including mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, basic machine shop and welding, and electronic control systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc..) Demonstrate developing and growing a team Skills with process improvements techniques and tools Knowledge of precision, preventative, and predictive maintenance processes (vibration analysis, thermal imaging, laser alignments) Ability to troubleshoot and repair all equipment in a production environment Must follow safety guidelines and wear applicable safety equipment, e.g., safety glasses, side shields, ap...
