Building a sustainable tomorrow: BAM Transportation, Rail Division are recruiting a Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM)/ Design Delivery Manager (DDM), based in Cardiff to deliver the development of the Main Cardiff station. Reporting to the Regional Rail Engineering lead, you’ll play a key role working closely with our Rail Design and Engineering Team, currently delivering the redevelopment of the mainline station at Cardiff for our client Transport for Wales. The role includes the overall responsibility for all engineering activities within a design and/or construction organisation for a contract as applicable to a project, including any interdisciplinary checks. The established Engineering & Design Management team needs a CEM/DDM lead for the multidisciplinary project to take it through the detailed design process and into construction through to hand back in a phased manner for this highly prestigious project in the Wales and western region.
