BAYADA Behavioral Health is a non-profit employer seeking an School-based Substitute Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®). RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality. How You’ll Make an Impact: Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
