About the role: Reporting to: HRBP & HR Lead As a Talent Acquisition Partner your will act as the strategic recruitment advisor of the agencies, leading the full hiring lifecycle across multiple disciplines and levels. You will act as a truly talent partner for our hiring managers and business leaders, taking care of the TA metrics, and delivering the best in class recruitment processes and candidate experiences. You will work closely with the HRBP and other business leaders, contributing in several people engagement programs and initiatives. You will contribute to employer branding, freelance management and external partnerships, playing a key role in shaping the agencies’ talent landscape.
