We are hiring a Financial Analyst at Hologic! This position joins an important and key part of the Hologic finance organization that provides financial analysis and decision support to the Diagnostics division and management teams. Responsibilities include all necessary financial models, forecasting, reporting, business analyses and other projects to ensure that management teams are making sound financial decisions. The Diagnostics finance team is highly engaged and passionate in delivering critical business insights and information to their business partners. Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaboration: Work with business partners to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. - Trend Analysis: Analyze current and historical trends for key performance measurements, identify opportunities for financial improvement, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. - Business Systems: Apply knowledge of business systems and processes and leverage best practices when working with business partners to solve business issues. - Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reporting packages, including standard reports and variance commentary. - Presentations: Lead and support executiv...
