Your Mission As B2B & Sales Manager, you will shape and scale AIRE’s B2B ecosystem in Europe by creating meaningful, high-value partnerships that drive revenue, strengthen the brand, and generate long-term business impact. What You Will Do: B2B Business Development: Develop and close B2B sales opportunities for AIRE experiences across European markets. Sell corporate gift solutions, bespoke experiences, and venue buyouts for corporate events, incentives, product launches, and loyalty initiatives. Proactively generate new business through direct outreach and outbound sales activity. Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Events,s and Executive teams). Strategic Partnerships: Identify and activate growth opportunities through European partnerships with OTAs, experience marketplaces, and premium lifestyle partners (e.g., Wonderbox, Gilt, Tripadvisor). Lead commercial negotiations, defining collaboration models and activation plans aligned with profitability and brand standards.
