Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions: Office Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a Manager to lead Product Operations team members within a regulated medical device environment. This onsite role in West Hills is focused on hands-on leadership, execution excellence, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs (QARA), Operations, and Finance. This is primarily a product operations and execution leadership role, responsible for driving product lifecycle execution including launch readiness, design transfer, lifecycle changes, and obsolescence while ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality requirements. You will own portfolio execution cadence (roadmaps, reviews, milestone tracking) and translate product strategy into coordinated, cross-functional execution plans. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, who owns portfolio strategy and prioritization, this role is responsible for delivering against that strategy through disciplined, predictable execution across the team.
